- Merchandise orders can only be placed through the Six Flags Merch online storefront. Orders will not be accepted by any other method.
- Items may be purchased for shipment within the US only. Currently, no orders for shipment outside the US will be accepted.
- All orders are subject to sales and/or use tax at the applicable state and local rate.
- Merchandise is limited to the items, sizes and colors listed on the store website. If an item or size and color do not appear online, it is currently unavailable. Be sure to check back as items may be restocked and available for purchase at a later date.
- If the item you ordered is no longer available after your order has been placed, we will contact you via the email provided in your order to exchange the item for another item of equal value. If we do not receive a response within 10 business days we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order in full.
- Lost packages may be reported via email at onlinemerchorders@sixflags.com.
- As soon as we receive your order, we start working on it right away. We are unable to make changes after you have placed your order.
