  • Six Flags Merch will gladly credit or refund the purchase if returned within 30 days from the delivery confirmation date.
  • Returns will not be accepted for items purchased at a Six Flags park. Such items may only be returned at the Six Flags park where purchased.
  • Merchandise must be returned NEW, in its original condition at the time of purchase, in the original unopened packaging with original tags and tickets attached. No returns will be accepted if the merchandise has been used, washed, worn, or altered.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost to ship the returned merchandise, unless the item is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete due to the fault of Six Flags Merch.
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for the return to be processed.  Refunds typically take 2-3 business days to appear in your account once they have been processed, but in some cases may take up to 10 business days.
  • Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • Six Flags Merch Returns Policy is subject to change, for any or no reason, from time to time in Six Flags Merch's sole discretion without advance notice to its customers.

  • Return package must include the merchandise being returned, packing slip with order number, and your contact information.
  • Failure to include a packing slip and contact information will delay processing of your return.
  • For tracking purposes, it is important that you ship your package via United Parcel Service (UPS) or other trackable service. (We cannot accept C.O.D.)


No Exchanges

  • We are unable to process exchanges. 
  • If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, color, etc., simply return the item in accordance with the [name of store’s] policy and purchase the item you wish to receive.


Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete please email us at within 72 hours of receipt of your order. 
  • Please include an explanation of the damage (including evidence of the damage, such as a photograph) or the incorrect or incomplete item in your email and we will provide a [prepaid] return shipping label via email.  Once the returned item has arrived at our facility, we will provide a replacement provided the item is in stock.  If not, we will provide another item of equal value or issue a refund, in our discretion.
  • We will not be responsible for damages to merchandise once the item has been washed or worn.
